Hi! I’m Kirstie
I'm a New York-based breathwork facilitator combining sound and breath to guide you back to your innate wisdom.
My journey back to myself started when a mixture of unaddressed childhood trauma and many years working in chaotic fashion environments led to a point where I could no longer ignore my dysregulated nervous system. I felt disconnected and lost. Some modalities that help me return to myself include breathwork, meditation, integrative nutrition, Ayurveda, plant medicine, and conscious dance. My experiences in silent Vipassana Meditation courses have helped deepen my felt sense awareness and understanding of the subtle relationship between breath and presence, which informs my embodied approach as a facilitator. Eliminating certain distractions, like alcohol, from my life has helped create the clarity needed to fully engage with these healing practices. Through breathwork, I discovered that the grounding I was searching for externally was available within my own breath—I just needed to be present enough to access it.
I approach this work as both a student and guide, honoring vulnerability and building community through shared breath. This isn’t just about breathing techniques, it’s about showing up for each part of yourself and remembering who you really are.
